According to the above Regulations, the crime has been committed if the public official asks for advantages, or makes an agreement to receive the advantages after everything is handled. That is to say that the criminal act is completed if the public official has asked, agreed, or received the advantages. There is no such question of attempted offense.
The object of the crime of bribe includes not only the bride, but also the inappropriate interests. Bribe means money or other properties that can be calculated with money. According to the precedent of the Supreme Court, inappropriate interests mean "all tangible or intangible interests that can meet the need or desire of the person who accepts them", including credit, invitation for prostitution, introduction of jobs, promotion or transfer, grant of :dry share", and so on.
